Digital Painting	Price: Rs.249 per design for a single face. Additional face: Rs.50. Any imaginary art adds Rs.150. Refunds: No refunds. Redesigns will be provided until satisfaction. Advance: 45% non-refundable.
Photography	Payment schedule: 40% advance at booking, 40% after the event, and 20% after fulfilment.
Web Designing	Payment schedule: 60% upfront, 40% after fulfilment and publishing.

Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 15 years and above.
• Participants must register with accurate details.

Registration

• Entry fee: Rs.199 (non-refundable).
• Registration is complete only after payment and form submission.

Submission Guidelines

• Entries must be original photographs.
• Formats: JPEG/PNG, max 10 MB.
• One entry per participant per category.

Ownership & Copyright

• Participants retain full copyright.
• By submitting, organizers may use entries for promotion with credit.

Disqualification

• Plagiarized, AI-generated, or copied entries will be disqualified.
• False registration details may lead to cancellation.

General Conditions

• Organizers may modify, postpone, or cancel the event if necessary.
• By participating, you agree to all rules and final decisions.

We collect participant details only for registration, communication, judging, and prize distribution.

Personal information will not be sold or rented. Data is used only for contest-related purposes.

Submitted photographs may be used for exhibitions and publicity with credit.

All information is stored securely and accessed only by the organizing team.

By registering, you consent to this data use.

Registration fee of Rs.199 is non-refundable once payment is made, except when the event is cancelled.

If payment is deducted but registration not confirmed, participants must contact support with proof.

If the event is cancelled, the fee will be refunded in full.

Disqualified participants are not eligible for refunds.

Judging & Results

• Selection: 30% Public Rating + 70% Jury Review.
• Results will be announced on the scheduled date.

Rewards & Recognition

• 1st Prize: Rs.5,000.
• All participants receive hampers and certificates.
